Here's a review for a screener I received called CHUCKLE'S REVENGE - a film where a bunch of girls rape a clown and he decides to kill each and every one of them with balloon animals and a chainsaw. Unfortunately, my summary is a lot more interesting than the actual film itself. Read on and enjoy!
